EFPCSNJ Past President Eric Feldhake will share his wine knowledge for this pairing meal. Eric holds the following wine credentials :

Officer of the Walt Whitman Chapter since 2008
AWS Certified Wine Judge since 2016 judging in numerous competitions across the country, tasting over a thousand wines each year.

Advanced Wine Certificate from The Wine School of Philadelphia
